A beautiful concertina handmade artist book inspired by the poem'The names of the hare', a 13th century poem later translated by Saemus Heaney. It is also inspired by the hare of field and hedgerow that I see regularly on walks with my dog. The images are digitally reproduced using archival inks which are then mounted on watercolour paper and hand embellished with gold paint. It is presented in a navy or buff card container and is part of a varied edition.
